On behalf of a prominent international player in the food industry, pzSearch is looking for an HR Manager (interim). As a member of the HR Solutions Netherlands team, the HR Manager will be accountable for the delivery of employee experience HR services, such as onboarding and assimilation, production staffing, workforce planning, employee relations, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs in 2 sites in Rotterdam. Works Council stakeholder management will also be part of the assignment. Additionally, this role will be responsible to increase adoption and satisfaction of the HR Service Delivery model. Candidates should have a BA in HR Management or equivalent and 5+ years working experience in an operational and/ or advisory HR role, preferably in a larger corporate. Experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, collective agreement and recognition programs. The HR Manager we are looking for combines excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder relationship management (from plant management to operator level) skills with a delivery focus and proactive style. Project management and change management skills are required, as well as English and Dutch language fluency. Offered is a job (min. 4 days) as an Hr manager on interim basis for a period of minimum 6 months starting a.s.a.p.
